EVERYDAI JUMP + MOVE ACADEMY
Welcome to the EVERYDAI Jump + Move Academy! This program is aimed at young developing hoopers who are looking to increase their vertical, speed and agility safely and efficiently. The program will run for 10 weeks at 1 session a week. Each Academy will be broken up into two 5 week blocks which will progress in difficulty and intensity. Key focuses will be:
- Jump Mechanics
- Movement Efficiency (Speed and Agility)
- Power
- Injury Prevention
- Strength
EVERYDAI Hybrid Performance Program
Welcome to EVERYDAI's Junior Basketball + S&C Program running in Term 4! This program is for athletes aged 12-16 and will be capped at 16 athletes running for 10 weeks. Structure: Athetes will be split into 2 groups, 1 group will work with coach Boston Mazlin from the NBL1 Gold Coast Rollers on Basketball specific skills. The other group will work with coach Nirav Iyer in the gym on Basketball Specific Training. The groups will then switch. Sessions will run on Tuesdays at 4:30pm for 1 hour.
EVERYDAI Offensive Clinic
Welcome to EVERYDAI's Offensive Development Clinic! This Clinic is aimed at athletes looking to take their offensive game to the next level. Sessions will cover scoring in a multitude of different ways including:
- Finishing
- Shooting off the dribble
- Catch and shoot footwork
- Scoring off screens
- Live reads
- Scoring in iso
Sessions will run on Wednesdays at 4:30pm and has an age range of 14+
EVERYDAI SATURDAY SKILLS CLinic
Welcome to the EVERYDAI Saturday Skills Clinic.
This program focuses on skill development in a range of different contexts. Athletes will spend the first portion of the session working on Individual skills such as shooting, finishing, footwork and ball handling. Moving on to in game scenarios and live play in the second portion of the session.

EVERYDAI Intro to Basketball
Welcome to EVERYDAI's junior introduction to basketball program!
This program is aimed at athletes who are 10 or younger who are keen to learn good basketball habits and fundamentals. The focus of these sessions will be on:
- Footwork
- Shooting form
- Ball handling
- How to take advantage of the defence
Sessions will be run on Sundays 8-9am
